THEATRICAL LOGIC [May. 11th, 2005|04:55 pm]
Tales from shows

These little sayings are posted in my TD's office. I thought I'd share :)

In is down, down is front,
Out is up, up is back,
off is out, on is in,
and of course-
right is left, and left is right.

A drop shouldn't and a
block and fall does neither.
A prop doesn't, and
a cove has no water.
Tripping is o.k.
A running crew rarely gets anywhere.
A purchase line will buy you nothing.
A trap will not catch anything.
A gridiron has nothing to do with football.
Strike is work
(in fact a lot of work).
And a green room, thank God, usually isn't.
Now that you are fully versed in
theatrical terms - break a leg...
but not really!

You do know, it really is annoying to see the same exact post appear 3 times on my friends page.

I would appreiciate it if you wouldn't use my community for crossposting random things in to, especially if it isn't really a story.

Sure no problem, no more posts unless stories.

i figured i'd post something in the group, just for people to laugh at. i mean, in the last 3.5 months, i've had 5 of the 6 posts. just trying to keep the community going, since it seems somewhat dead.
